Toby is pure evil. Or evil in a can, only with four paws with claws and loads of teeth.
In fact, if people really understood how evil Toby is, then they would have a picture of him in the dictionary describing the word “lucifer” or possibly “IRS”.
However he doesnt look that evil and when shaved, one would even say he looks a bit silly.
